Have you tried this using a whey protein? I have heard soy creates a component of estrogen, and is therefore not the best protein source for men. I try to eat soy in somewhat limited doses. Has anyone else heard something similar to this about soy?

Carrot juice is surprising delicious, and goes great with apples, oranges, and numerous other fruits. In my experience if you add other veggies, especially greens you should do so in very limited doses as the flavor becomes overpowering very easily.

A lot of people say it helps pack on muscle mass as well, but in my opinion muscle mass itself is useless. I'm more interested in how much it can effect your functional strength long-term when you aren't using. What do you mean when you say the, "pump effect is bigger"? I suppose like anything it has its place, in Eugene's case it gives him that extra bit of energy to work out after a long day of work. This is great as long as it doesn't lead to overtraining injuries when you're unaware of your actual fatigue level.  less

Is the ability to pump out a few more reps really worth the potential consequences? I wonder if those extra few reps really carry over that much to your overall strength after the creatine routine?

It just helps you resynthesize ATP, right?
