    I've seen a couple of doctors that have talked about inflammation. My outside of the knee is in constant pain and swells also. Really hardto get into a work out routine. I am also looking into suggestion.

    I've never fully recovered from ACL and PCL damage. My knee has never been stable since then, it really makes it difficult fo traditional workout routines, I'm a novice and if anyone could provide suggestions I am open to them. Thank You.

  • About Me I'm 26 and probably in the worst shape in my life. I was in good shape through high school playing sports but I tore my ACL and PCL and sports have become out of the question. Since then workouts have decreased weight has increased and I'm really looking to get back to feeling good and looking good.
