Hey guys! I developed a lower abdominal injury a couple of months ago. It's along the inguinal line. The acute pain is along the line. However there is a more generalised pain in the whole of the lower abdomen. I should mention it's just on one side.
Doing any sory of abdominal activity, like crunches, twists, or even pull ups is quite painful. I got this right around the time I developed chondromalacia.
This is what you can almost call my first sport related injury and i'm really worried. I would be glad, if you guys could help me out.
Going to a doc is not an option. :/
