I'm eating like 6 or more portions of fruit a day now, is that too much? Plus couldn't I get diabetes  if I eat too much fruit??

Suhrith Bhattaram Well, I don't think so.... However it'd be better if you could keep a limit of the high sugar fruits you eat. Fruit is always good, unless you plan on going to the extremes like planning to survive on it! :)

It's really annoying cos when it's there I can't do handtands or anything. So my training is limited to when the ganglion isn't there. :/ I was just wondering if any of you guys have the same problem? And if you do, how does it affect your training and how do you deal with it??

First of all it means you have much less chance of getting an injury. Also, I will increase your flexibility as your muscles will have more blood and oxygen to them so they are more elastic meaning you can stretch further, therefore increasing your flexibility more than if you didn't warm up. Hope this helped :)

So it won't really effect your workout in anyway. However, be aware that some studies have shown that if you are doing lots of static stretches and holding them for I while in your warm up, it can lead to a decreased performance. But I think the bottom line is, if you don't do a proper warm up, just be a bit more careful and try not to stretch too much or you could injure yourself. Hope this helps :)
