I keep getting a ganglion on my left wrist every few weeks :( I keep smashing it with a book and it goes down for a while, but then a few weeks later it's back up again. It's really annoying cos when it's there I can't do handtands or anything. So my training is limited to when the ganglion isn't there. :/ I was just wondering if any of you guys have the same problem? And if you do, how does it affect your training and how do you deal with it??
