I'm not sure what your opinions are but what about running as in Distance, Sprints, Circuits, Invtervals, Beep test and technique. I'm not sure about the members of Strength Project but if there is also anyone who knows anything about swimming distance and sprints, techniques and workouts. Finally I didn't check stupidly before writing this but what about Cardio? I know that a lot of workouts will train Cardio but I strongly believe in Cardio health coming from a fairly unhealthy family (I'm the exception though im hoping to change that haha)
