Hi everyone,
My name's Amanda, and I live near Canberra, Australia. I'm first and foremost a rugby player, but I draw from a bunch of other sports/disciplines in my training, including the following:
- gymnastics for strength training (eg rings and parallettes, press handstands, GHR etc)
- athletics for speed (eg acceleration workouts, plyometrics, speed bounding etc)
- cycling for high intensity cross training
- Parkour for power and aerobic conditioning (and fun)
I also do more traditional gym work, mainly squats, deadlifts and bench press.
I love learning new skills. My aim is to control my body to master my environment.
Strength Project is an amazingly positive influence on me. All credit to Arash, I hope this website becomes the platform he deserves (I'm sure it will).
