Heya!
My name is Theodor, I'm 18 years old and I'm here to continously develop my physique and reach the goals I've made. I'm very expired by Arash and similar persons, and I've chosen to make this one of my places to share my workout progress.
I'm pretty much trying to develop myself into an overall athelte, but I have of course some goals and some specific areas that I enjoy the most.
I'm currently training:
- Cardio / running
- Plyometrics
- Anaerobic strength exercises
- Core stability
- Dynamic / static flexibility
- Weights / Calisthenics
I've been recovering from a surgery in both my legs the last 1.5 years, and I've just started training again 6 months ago, and I was almost completely unmoving at the beginning, and some stuff takes longer than other. I've recently practiced Martial Arts Tricking / flfipping / general fun and movement with the body, which I'm trying to get as the result of my physical preparing.
I'm willing to share my workout progress with some of you guys, what type of exercises I'm doing. Areas I've mastered pretty well and areas where I'm very sloppy! ^^ I'm hoping to get decent feedback and ideas on how to continue my training.
