I figured since there was a whole subtopic devoted to introductions, I'd make my own post :)
Hey guys! My name is Riley and I am a senior in high school - 18 years old. I am a serious runner - cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track. I mainly run the 800 meters.
Through strength training for track, I have really gotten into lifting. My long term goals are to be able to do hand stand pushups, planche pushups, and the human flag. I am holding off approaching these til after I am done with track this June, then it is full force! I will be around until then of course!
Arash - I want to thank you in advance for everything you supply through this site. I love your videos. The tumbling stuff is awesome.. if I didn't get hip surgery last year, I would totally jump into it! Keep pumpin out these awesome videos!
